Barbreck lambs are naturally reared on their mother's milk and herb-rich hill pastures.
The lambs are bred from Lleyn ewes, a pure Welsh native breed, crossed with a Texel tup - originally from Holland. This cross produces a meaty, tasty lamb with a low fat to muscle ratio. Our customers are delighted with the exceptional flavour and lean-ness of our meat.
We can supply absolutely any cut you require and if you don't see it on our price list then phone us to request it.
